Chiropractical
You've found your local chiropractor, providing Chiropractic in Billingshurst. We want to address the aches and pains you're experiencing, with treatments which will allow you to live your life more comfortably. We have treated many complaints in the years we've been on the High Street. You may have had a 'wake-up call' and your body is telling you that you can no longer go on as you are.

You may be one of the many complaining about not being able to turn over in bed; get up without discomfort first thing. The majority of your discomforts will originate from strains you've put your body under. The body is magnificent at adapting, but eventually the strains become too much and that's when it starts telling you all about it and complaining.

People visit us from all directions for treatment. Travelling Chiropractic from Petworth, Pulborough, Horsham and even as far as Carshalton (within the M25!) We are a pride of open, warm and supportive healthcare champions; inspiring the light and freedom of miraculous wellbeing across our landscape.
Services
I thrive on helping people move towards their potential.
If your body isn't working at it's best right now, Chiropractic can allow me to make small adjustments to your body allowing it to work and feel better.
Many people before you have felt the benefit of treatment since I graduated in 2005.
My "toolbox" is constantly being updated through continued professional development (CPD).
I love learning new skills, two of my favourites are kinesiotaping and muscle testing.
When I've learnt something new it's so exciting to integrate all my skills together, alongside tailoring each technique, in response to your personal needs, preferences and tolerances - You are an individual and by working with you, we will create a unique treatment plan that best suits you and your body.
Sarah McNeil has given me my lifestyle back again.
I was in a lot of pain, not able to sit comfortably or lay down for long.
After two treatments the pain had eased up dramatically.
After four treatments I was back on track, able to sleep, sit and walk properly again.
For anybody considering chiropractic treatment I would highly recommend you take the next step and try it.
My results have been amazing.
ChiroPractical provides a friendly hassle free environment putting the patient at ease.
Sarah provides a clear, detailed assessment of your ailments and talks to you in a real, non-jargon manner to make understanding of your condition easier.
Many people ask "Can chiropractic help?"
Well, Chiropractic is most well-known for treating back pain, but that's not all that we treat.
Chiropractic is a primary healthcare profession in which your chiropractor will examine, diagnose and treat the complaints of your musculoskeletal system.
This system is made up of your nerves, joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments.
Once the cause of this dis-ease is found, Chiropractic treatment uses a combination of treatment techniques.
The most commonly used are manipulation, mobilisation, soft tissue work, advice and exercises (yes, you may get some 'homework' to do, too).
Your neck has your strongest muscles (per cross-sectional area) in your body.
Why? because it's carrying and moving your head, which weighs 10-12 lb (a small adult bowling ball).
No wonder we get neck pain!
It's also hard at work supplying the nerves to your face, neck and arms, so it's a vital piece of kit!
Problems in your neck obviously cause pain in your neck.
But you may also be getting (cervicogenic) headaches (these are usually at the base of the skull), pain in your shoulders and/or arms.
Low back pain is primarily caused by joints between the vertebrae (the bones in your spine) becoming irritated.
This discomfort can be felt in various ways e.g.
Examples of Chemical Stress are pollution, smoking, medication or simply the food you're eating.
If you're at school or have a long journey to work, make sure you're carrying only what you need and best of all use a rucksack - over BOTH shoulders.
As we age or our fitness changes, we should recognise that we may need to 're-learn our capabilities'.
