Services
Chiropractic is a primary health care profession that focuses on disorders of the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system - and the effects of these disorders on general health.
Chiropractic care is used to treat back pain, neck pain, pain in the joints of the arms or legs and headaches but it is also very effective in helping with problems such as arthritis pain, sport injuries and many more.

Doctors of Chiropractic (or Chiropractors) practice a drug-free, hands-on approach to health care that includes patient examination, diagnosis and treatment.
Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging, or DITI, is a totally non-invasive, painless procedure with no radiation and no contact with the body.
It uses an infrared camera with a highly accurate heat sensor to detect differences in temperature in the body.
The body's temperature is displayed graphically in different colours on a screen.
Normally, the body's temperature is symmetrical but abnormalities, injuries and pathologies change the temperature of the surrounding tissue and these differences are clearly visible on the scan.
LLLT Therapy is now available at The Windsor Clinic, located Worthing, Sussex.
LLLT improves tissue repair, reduces pain and inflammation wherever the beam is applied.
Usually applied by a doctor, therapist or technician, treatments take about 10 minutes and should be applied two or more times a week.
LLLT has been used for many years on sports injuries, arthritic joints, neuropathic pain syndromes, back and neck pain.
Over 200 randomised clinical trials have been published on LLLT, half of which are on pain.
Bemer Physical Vascular Therapy improves microcirculation and promotes the blood flow in the smallest blood vessels.
This improves the performance of the body's cells, which in turn favours the body's own self-healing powers.
BEMER can improve restricted blood flow in the smallest blood vessels and thereby support the body's own self-healing and regeneration processes.
Circulation is the human body's supply system.
74% of it is located in the area of the smallest blood vessels (microcirculation), that is, in the area in which blood cells provide tissues and organs with nutrients and oxygen and on their way back take along waste products for disposal.
The Windsor Clinic regularly holds a free Health Class for patients and interested members of the public.
In a fun and informal style, Dr McTavish will explain how chiropractic works for your nervous system and how your nervous system works for you!
You'll learn some easy steps on how to look after you spine and how to avoid future damage and distress.
There's always plenty of time for questions and you can ask for a one-to-one chat with Dr McTavish afterwards or even schedule a free 15 minute spinal check up if you are not already a patient with us.
