Perfect Spine Chiropractic Clinic
Dr. Conn O'Neill created Perfect Spine Chiropractic Clinic out of an eagerness to deliver high quality, natural health care to the community without the need for drugs and surgery. After being introduced to Chiropractic as a teenager, seeking treatment for a sports injury, Conn realised the power of Chiropractic and decided it was the path for him.

During the last 15 years he has served people from all walks of life, each with individual goals. Conn completed the five year Masters degree programme at University of South Wales in 2009 and then moved to London. For the past 10 years, he has been practicing in London and has worked for the two biggest chiropractic companies in Europe treating elite athletes, actors in Game of Thrones and even a former Bond girl.

Conn's primary interest has been to change the underlying structural cause to mechanical pain and therefore, influence optimal health. He was awarded CBP certification in 2017 and he is one of two chiropractors in Ireland that is qualified in this specialised technique.
Services
01 Ring the clinic to book your initial consultation.
On arrival, you will be asked to fill out a form.
The chiropractor will then take a case history and perform a physical examination.
X-rays may be taken only if clinically necessary.
This information will then allow the chiropractor to determine if you are a suitable candidate for chiropractic care.
02 At the end of your consultation you will book your ROF (Report of Findings).
At your ROF, the chiropractor will explain your findings and will decide a plan of management.
This is usually the first phase and the goal is to get the patient out of crisis.
To remove the joint restriction, reduce the muscle tension and to take the pressure of the spinal nerve thus allowing the healing process to begin.
In most conditions, pain is the last thing to show up and the first thing to leave when treating mechanical back pain.
Changes that have taken place in muscles and other soft tissues (such as the discs and ligaments) require care beyond the relief phase to properly correct and ensure the problem does not return.
To find out about how Chiropractic works and how it can help you, see Heidi Haavik's Begginer's Guide to Chiropractic above.
Many people first come to see a Chiropractor to help overcome pain.
Back pain, neck pain, migraines, shoulder pain and sciatica (leg pain) are the most common reasons.
It's important to explain that Chiropractic does not simply treat pain but in fact treats the underlying causes of many types of pain and symptoms that are associated with musculo-skeletal dysfunction, poor posture and the effects of stress.
At Perfect Spine Chiropractic Clinic in Derry we provide the most effective and evidence based approach to returning the spine to its ideal structural position, thereby reducing nervous system interference that leads to pain and dysfunction.
This technique has evolved into one of the most utilized approaches because of its precision and results.
It is very unique in that it requires the use of an adjusting table that actually moves with the adjustment, allowing for a combination that produces precise adjustments and high levels of patient comfort.
If after your consultation and examination the Chiropractor determines that X-rays of your spine are needed, he will perform an onsite digital X-ray examination.
X-rays are not needed for every person or every condition.
The need for X-rays will be determined on a case-by-case basis and the reason for the tests will be explained to you before they are performed.
