Elizabeth graduated from The Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at the University of South Wales where she received a distinction and the Academic Excellence award by getting the highest marks in her year as well as the Leadership Award for her contributions to the University and fellow students.
Elizabeth has worked in Reading and Andover Chiropractic Centre before setting up Back in Shape Chiropractic.
Her passion for health and for helping people is what urged her to make the decision to become a chiropractor.

They test 208 different food and drink ingredients and are more accurate than hair sample tests or an elimination diet.
The test will last around 30 minutes and the results will be emailed through to you in as little as 10 days!

Treatment is very gentle and our chiropractors tailor each treatment to the individual as well as take into consideration age and medical history.
