John was treating Laurence Shahlaei (aka The Warrior) one of the clinic's supported athletes before his deadlift for reps event.

He started working in clinics in Newport and Cwmbran before relocating to live in Bicester in 2007.
John has continued to develop his special interests in treating soft tissue and sports injuries through post graduate study.
Including; electrotherapy, dry needling (medical acupuncture), myofascial cupping, Graston Technique (a specialised soft tissue technique using shaped metal instruments), laser therapy, shock wave therapy, and taping techniques such as Kinesio and Dynamic taping.

Michelle has been a competitive distance runner since childhood, as well as doing more extreme sports such as wakeboarding, snowboarding and windsurfing.
During these years she has suffered from various injuries so can fully appreciate the impact this can have both physically and emotionally on patients.
